Livonia Spree teen takeover plans prompt curfews, heightened security

Popular summer attractions are tightening up security after years of disruptive behavior. Now, teen takeovers are sweeping Metro Detroit.  On Thursday, police said there would be "zero tolerance" after an online flyer promoted a large unsupervised gathering during the Livonia Spree this weekend.
