Canada hosting solo Gordie Howe International Bridge celebration

In less than three days, the Gordie Howe International Bridge is set to open though the exact time remains unknown as of this post.   The milestone has faced challenges, including concerns over whether new tariffs imposed by the U.S. could delay the opening yet again.   However, Canadian officials are moving forward with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday.
