Neglected Detroit home leave neighbors frustrated

Some neighbors on Detroit's east side called Local 4 about a house on Hanna Street that has been significantly neglected. Neighbors said it's become a nuisance and an eyesore—they want something done, but they said the homeowner hasn't been maintaining the place.
