Local 4 ‘Go 4 It’ Hygiene Drive to benefit Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries

Local 4 is asking viewers to “Go 4 It” once again, this time to help people in need with essential hygiene items. The station is partnering with Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries for a community collection drive Wednesday (Aug. 19) from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Viewers are encouraged to donate basic hygiene supplies to help people served by the mission. Suggested items and drop-off information will be shared on Local 4 during the drive. Chad Audi, president and CEO of Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries, and Chiara Clayton, the organization’s director of communications, will join Local 4 to discuss the effort and explain how donations can help people in need.
