‘Hygiene Basics’ Go 4 It event brings donations to Detroiters in need

Metro Detroit residents came together Wednesday to support people in need during Local 4’s latest Go 4 It campaign, “Hygiene Basics.” The event partnered with Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries to collect basic personal hygiene products for people and families facing difficult circumstances. Local 4 viewers donated essential items to help people maintain their health, hygiene, and dignity as they work to get back on their feet. The donations included everyday necessities such as toothpaste, deodorant, and other personal care products.
