From residents to homeowners: 67 Detroiters receive deeds through buy back program

Sixty-seven Detroit residents will go to bed Friday as homeowners after completing the Detroit Land Bank Authority’s Buy Back program, which helps people living in land-bank-owned homes purchase those properties.
