Michigan soldier killed in Korean War comes home more than 75 years later

A Michigan soldier who went missing during the Korean War is finally coming home, more than 75 years later. Corporal Vester Hicks Jr. of Wyandotte was just 17 years old when he was killed in action during the Battle of Chosin Reservoir in December of 1950. Defense Department scientists used modern forensic techniques to identify his remains -- which were recovered from North Korea during a 1954 repatriation. Today, riders from the VFW, American Legion, and Patriot Guard escorted Corporal Hicks from Wyandotte to Great Lakes National Cemetery. Photojournalist Jacob Nagel has the story.
