Warmer, windy end to the work week in Metro Detroit, fall-like feel this weekend

DETROIT – Hold on to your hats! A little warmer but windy today with gusts peaking between 30-40 mph. Highs will reach the low 70s before falling into the 40s tonight. There is a slight chance for a light, isolated shower or sprinkle today.

The fall-like feel will be in the air this weekend with highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s. Mainly dry this weekend. but the potential exists for isolated to scattered showers Saturday night into Sunday. However, this will be a great weekend to hit a local cider mill or apple orchard. A warm-up ensues next week as we rise only into the low to mid 70s through the middle of week.
