Sunshine, summer temperatures making a comeback in Metro Detroit Dry stretch of weather returns this week
DETROIT – Very calm week ahead. Grab your sunglasses as you head today. Plan for sunshine with highs near 70 degrees this afternoon.
Continued dry weather with a gradual warming trend ensure through the rest of the week.
Starting Wednesday, highs will be around 80 and stay there through the weekend.
Really pleasant conditions for football this weekend whether you are tailgating in East Lansing, Ann Arbor or Detroit outside of Ford Field. The long-range outlook keeps temperatures trending above average through the third week of September.
