Don’t forget to throw the salt down this morning as it will be a bit slippery outside your door. Road conditions will be highly dependent on whether roads have been treated or not as we wake up to light accumulation across Southeast Michigan with the greater amounts south of I-94.
Flurries fizzle out through the morning and we end up cloudy and cooler than average with highs around 30. Temperatures have been about ten degrees below average and will not be warming anytime soon.
More snow this week
Another arctic front will bring the potential for light snow Wednesday evening, around dinnertime, with some minor accumulation possible. The coldest conditions arrive Thursday and Friday behind the front with wind chills bottoming out at or below zero.
