4Warn Weather – Let’s try this again shall we? Lots of lessons learned from our snow storm on Wednesday night. Now we move forward and prepare for several rounds of snow from Friday through early next week.
Increasing clouds overnight with snow arriving sometime during the morning commute tomorrow. The latest data today suggests the timing will be more towards the later part of the morning commute. But based on how unpredictable the atmosphere has been recently, I would say do not hit the snooze button and leave early no matter what.
Snow continues throughout the day with totals anywhere from 2-3″ with a few locations getting as much as 4″. Highs will briefly return to normal in the afternoon around 33 degrees. Snow will taper off by the evening hours.
Several clipper systems bring us a chance of snow pretty much every day from Friday through Monday. Then next week we go into a deep freeze with highs in the teens and morning wind chills in the double digits below zero.
