Happy Spring! Today marks the Vernal Equinox and right on cue, we will be mild today with any morning rain showers ending by afternoon. It looks like our northern counties have the better chance for a passing light shower, while southern communities will remain drier. High temperatures rise to around 60 degrees today.
Weekend
We will be about ten degrees cooler tomorrow, but that is still above average with a high around 50. High pressure will keep us dry. Warmer temperatures will persist through the weekend as we get back into the 60s Sunday. A strong cold front moving through Sunday brings a good chance of showers, a possible thunderstorm.
Next Week
In the wake of the cold front, a significant cool down is in store for Monday as we fall into the low 40s. We will be around 50 degrees on Tuesday and Wednesday before rising back close to 60 degrees on Thursday which comes with our next rain chance.
