It’s a rather quiet and cold Monday on tap. A few scattered snow showers can’t be ruled out today. High pressure eventually builds over the central Great Lakes by this evening which will allow winds to taper off tonight. In the meantime, northerly winds between 15 to 20 mph is making for a brisk day with winds not exceeding the low 30s today.
We will have a warming trend through much of the week. Nearly ten degrees warmer each day through Thursday, meaning we will eventually be in the mid-60s on Thursday.
High pressure brings more sunshine on Tuesday. We see increased cloud cover on Wednesday ahead of our next best of rain on Thursday. Turning sharply cooler on Friday with highs dropping into the low 40s. This weekend appears to bring an ample amount of sunshine with highs on either side of 50.
