Safe to plant: Weekend warmup could bring first taste of summer in Metro Detroit Showers possible Friday morning
4Warn Weather – A stray shower is possible Friday morning, but otherwise skies stay mostly cloudy with warmer temperatures nearing 70 degrees.
This marks the day we are safe to plant!
A much more noticeable warmup arrives this weekend.
Highs will be in the mid-80s Saturday and Sunday, with even warmer weather possible early next week.
However, several rounds of showers and thunderstorms could develop from the weekend into early next week.
