DETROIT – Police are investigating a shooting on Detroit’s east side.
The shooting occurred on Monday (June 23) on Randolph and East Congress streets.
Update: Police search for gunman who shot innocent bystander, intended target before Detroit fireworks
Local 4 can confirm that a significant police presence was in place for over an hour, causing major traffic backups as people left the fireworks.
