Triple shooting leaves 1 dead on Detroit’s west side

DETROIT – A man was killed, and two others were wounded early Saturday in a shooting on Detroit’s west side.

According to police, the shooting occurred at 4:33 a.m. on Feb. 28 outside the Suite 100 Lounge on Schaefer near Puritan.

Police have not released the victims’ names, detailed what sparked the shooting, or provided the condition of the survivors.

The Detroit Police Department Homicide Unit is handling the investigation.
