DETROIT – General Motors and Honda leaders are expected to make an "important advanced technology announcement" Monday morning in Detroit.

The event will be led by Mark Reuss, GM executive vice president of Global Product Development, Purchasing and Supply Chain, and Toshiaki Mikoshiba, chief operating officer of the North American Region for Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and president of Honda North America, Inc. They will be joined by Michigan Lt. Gov. Brian Calley.
