With the summer heat in full swing, a crisp carbonated drink sounds refreshing at the end of the day.

In fact, you may even believe you’re choosing a healthy alternative to soda by choosing sugar free sparkling waters, with or without flavoring added.

However, according to recent research this is not entirely the case, and you may want to make some changes to your habits.
