DETROIT – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Toys R Us are recalling the Imaginarium 5-Sided Activity Center.
About 24,000 of the toys are being recalled due to a choking hazard. The small wooden knobs attaching the xylophone keys to the end can detach.
