Metro Detroit families struggle with AT&T outages amid ongoing health issues Couples contacted Help Me Hank for assistance
It’s happening again as some AT&T customers in different parts of Metro Detroit have reported outages that are affecting their service and their lives.
A couple contacted Help Me Hank, who is worried about their landline service.
Both seniors with health issues want to know if they contact 911 in an emergency.
“Home telephone and internet service for a small number of customers has been disrupted after our equipment was damaged in a recent car crash. Our technicians are replacing the damaged equipment and working to restore service. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
