A lot of people are making resolutions to improve their well-being so Tati Amare chatted with Dr. Ken Redcross, the author of “Bond: The 4 Cornerstones of a Lasting and Caring Relationship with Your Doctor”, about how we can get our health on track and boost our metabolism for 2021.
Dr. Redcross advised the first thing to do is to take a deep breath to manage anxiety and improve cognition as you get back to work. He also recommends doubling down on your vitamin D for the best immune support. The doctor also recommends starting simple when beginning a workout routine.
