Check out this two-man improv group for some laughs

Comedians Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood perform live this weekend

If laughter is the best form of medicine, then we have just what the doctor ordered. Two familiar faces are returning to Metro Detroit to bring you a night of comedy that is made up right on the spot because it is improv.

Comedians Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood stars of the Emmy®-winning Whose Line Is It Anyway? joined Jason Carr to talk about their upcoming show Scared Scriptless at the Ford Performing Arts Center in Dearborn on Friday, October 22 at 7:30pm.

Last year, the two-man group was doing virtual shows but now will be in front of an audience. Mochrie says there is no substitution for performing in front of a live audience.

Mochrie says the duo are always working on ways to make the show more difficult for them. He says the show works best when they cannot plan anything and are out of their comfort level.

Sherwood says improv is what we do every single day. He says they take a natural brain process and make it funny.

Mochrie says improv is a great life skill. He says improv is not difficult and you just have to do things you do not do in real life. He suggests you listen, support someone, say yes to them, and build on their ideas.
