Ray’s Ice Cream debuts limited-time Girl Scout Cookie-inspired flavors

Ray’s Ice Cream in Royal Oak is rolling out a limited-time lineup inspired by fan-favorite Girl Scout Cookies, including Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Samoas and the new Exploremores, a Rocky Road–inspired treat. Owner Jason Eddleston says the idea grew from the shop’s close relationship with local Girl Scout troops and a desire to create seasonal flavors rooted in community tradition. Made entirely in-house using Ray’s original recipes, the specialty flavors will be available while supplies last.
