His license expired Aug. 8, which is his birthday.

The state notified Fouts telling him that he needed to provide further proof of his age or identity before he could be issued a new license.
Fouts told Local 4 that he was not aware he was driving with an expired license.
Fouts recently refused to disclose his date of birth on his mayoral candidacy form.
A court ruled in his favor, saying that he did not have to give his birthday on the ballot.
