The complaint states that the undercover agent found an ad in June posted by Castaneda on the website motherless.com say he wanted to have sexual relations with someone of "any age."

The agent posed as a man who was willing to give up his 15-year-old step daughter.

Castaneda was using the username "highonfire."

The two met at a Grosse Pointe coffee shop to discuss details and it was decided that Castaneda would meet the teen July 5 at a casino hotel in Windsor, Ontario, the complaint states.

It also states that Castaneda told the undercover agent he wanted the girl to wear her hair in pigtails and that he would bring a pair of pink underwear for her to wear.

Castaneda was stopped trying to cross the border and the complaint states condoms and a pink pair of underwear were found during a search of him.

He is charged with attempted travel in foreign commerce for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct and online enticement.
