CLINTON TWP., Mich. – Jay Thomas Miller is to appear in a Clinton Township courtroom Monday morning on charges of resisting and obstructing a police officer and lying to a police officer during a violent crime investigation.
Miller has not been charged with the murders of Tina Geiger or her daughter Chrissy. Miller's father was reportedly their neighbor.
The mentally impaired mother and daughter were found stabbed to death Tuesday inside their apartment at Parkway Village July 30.
Many people who knew the two told Local 4 the mother and daughter were inseparable and loved by all.
