ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Rochester Hills residents could soon see a change in the city's e-cigarette sales policy.
On Monday, city council will introduce an ordinance to ban the sale and use of e-cigarettes by minors.
The ordinance would also include a penalty for minors who possess e-cigarettes.
If passed the law would take effect immediately.
So far, city council has not had any opposition to the ordinance.
