Royal Oak police looking for vandals that damaged cars, homes, Christmas displays

Police say 13 incidents reported Dec. 28

ROYAL OAK, Mich. – Royal Oak police have released pictures of a man they're looking for in connection with more than a dozen vandalism incidents involving cars, homes and Christmas decorations.

On Dec. 28 between 1:15 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., 13 reported incidents occurred on East Sixth Street, Knowles, S. Gainsborough and East Lincoln.

During one of the incidents, the man was caught on a home surveillance camera apparently ripping down lights. He's described as white, in his early 20s, and was wearing a Christmas sweater that had two reindeer and a star on the back.

Police said a second man was with him, but they don't have a detailed description.
