Bipolar, schizophrenic woman missing from Detroit foster home
54-year-old woman left home on March 11
DETROIT – Detroit police are searching for 54-year-old Mary McClain, who has been missing from her adult foster home since March 11.
McClain was seen leaving the building in the 5000 block of Bedford Road at around 10 a.m. and has not been seen since, authorities said.
Police say McClain is known to leave the home on different occasions, but always returns.
She suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
McClain is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 136 pounds. Authorities don't know what she was wearing when she left the home.
Anyone who has seen McClain is asked to call Detroit police at 313-596-5540.
