Police searching for missing 15-year-old bipolar boy


DETROIT – Detroit police are searching for 15-year-old Jermarlo Haiirs, who is missing after he was last seen on Monday at his school in the 5000 block of Cadieux Road.

Police say Haiirs went missing when he left the school. His family has not seen or heard from him since.

Haiirs went missing in September and authorities said he was known to dress like a girl and go by the name Ariel.

Haiirs is described as 6 feet tall and 195 pounds with a black Mohawk haircut and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and blue and yellow gym shoes. He has a beard and a scar on his right wrist.

He has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, ADHD and psychosis and needs medication for these issues.
