MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – A 22-year-old man has died after his car hit a store in Madison Heights.
Police said the victim, Talando Mattox, was going northbound on John R Road Monday night when the Dodge Charger he was driving crashed into the corner of CK Fruit Market.

Mattox,a Detroit resident, was taken to Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, but died.
Police said alcohol appears to have been a factor in the crash.
