One woman killed in Taylor hit-and-run

Police are attempting to identify the victim

TAYLOR, MI – A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Taylor Saturday night, and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. And now, the police need help identifying her.

It happened at approximately 10:30pm, at the corner of Eureka Road and Westlake Street. The police have determined the driver was not at fault, but the driver is in custody for driving with a suspended license.

 

The victim is described by Taylor police as a white female, approximately 50-60 years old with brown hair. She is 5'5" and weighs around 130 pounds.

 

The woman has a dragon or tiger tattoo on her right thigh, in black ink. She also was wearing a gold chain with a cross.
