DETROIT – The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public's help in the search for the culprit in the homicide of a 26-year-old River Rouge man.
Paris Howard was fatally shot last month inside his 2002 Chevy Tahoe near the corner of Scotten and West Warren avenues. Howard was found in the Tahoe at 3:40 a.m. Oct. 30 after leaving his River Rouge home around 3 a.m.

There is no known motive for the shooting, police said.
Anyone with information or who had contact with Howard between 3 and 3:40 a.m. Oct. 30, is asked to call the Detroit Police Department at 313-596-2260 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
