A Los Angeles carjacking suspect was fleeing police Wednesday when he crashed into another vehicle and attempted to flee on foot. Chopper video captured the moments leading up to the suspect's arrest.
The suspect is speeding along when he comes to a stop light. He proceeds and is hit by an oncoming vehicle that sends his car into a spinout. The suspect gets out and starts running. He is pursued and stopped by someone who appears to be a good Samaritan before officers catch up. The suspect is taken to the ground and quickly surrounded by police.

According to KNBC, one woman was injured in the crash.
The suspect was taken into custody after the pursuit that lasted 20 minutes.
