DETROIT – Help brighten up a Detroit child’s holiday season by donating a toy during the Belle Isle Holiday Stroll on Dec. 13.
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has teamed up with Detroit police for “Stuff a Truck.”

Conservation officers will be collecting new, unwrapped toys at the casino parking lot on the southwest side of Belle Isle from 5-8 p.m. during the event.
Toys can also be dropped off at the DNR Outdoor Adventure Center or the DNR Customer Service Center at 1801 Atwater Street in Detroit. Toys will be collected at these locations until 3 p.m. Dec. 13. See the hours for the Adventure Center and Service Center below.
DNR officers and police officers will deliver toys to children during Detroit’s Sergeant Santa.
DNR Customer Service Center
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
DNR Outdoor Adventure Center
Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
