Crash, fuel spill stifles traffic on westbound I-696 near Greenfield Road

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The westbound lanes of I-696 were completely closed early Wednesday morning at Greenfield Road for a crash and fuel spill.

The westbound side of the interstate was shut down for hours. However, traffic is getting by again.

No injuries have been reported.
