Man charged with child abuse, torture after young girl dies

An Oakland County man has been charged with child abuse and torture of a 3-year-old girl. Samuel Lester Smart is in the Oakland County lockup after being denied bond. He is charged with beating Trinity Chandler, who died over the weekend in Holly Township.
