Neighbor jumps into action to rescue pregnant woman stuck on flooded road

In a Dearborn Heights neighborhood residents had to take matters into their own hands to clean the drains so the water could clear. A black SUV got stuck when the driver, a pregnant woman, tried driving through the flooded road. A man used a canoe to help her get out of her car.
