SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – A 26-year-old man faces a list of charges including two counts of assault with intent to murder in connection to a shooting early Saturday morning at Bar 7 in Southfield.
Four people were shot during an altercation at the bar, police said. Deshawn Andre Robinson, of Jackson, is accused of pulling out a handgun and firing the shots.

Cellphone video from inside the bar captured part of the fight and the sound of gunshots.
Robinson faces the following charges:
- Count 1: Assault with Intent to Murder
- Count 2: Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony
- Count 3: Assault with Intent to Murder
- Count 4: Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony
- Count 5: Weapons- - Carrying Concealed
Robinson was arraigned and is being held on a $500,000 bond. His next court date is Dec. 27.
What happened
Southfield police said officers were called to Bar 7 at about 12:44 a.m. on the report of shots fired. Police said they found three people suffering gunshot wounds to their chests. A fourth person had been shot in the arm. Two victims were found at Bar 7 while the other two were across the street.
Police said the shooting stemmed from an altercation between two groups at the bar. Someone pulled out a handgun and began shooting.
2 arrested, including one who was shot
Two people were arrested, including one of the people who was shot, police said.
Among the victims was a 23-year-old Detroit man who suffered a gunshot wound to his chest. He is in critical condition at a hospital. Two 37-year-old Detroit men also were shot in the chest but they are listed in stable condition at a hospital. Police said they are conscious and alert.
A 30-year-old Detroit man who was shot in his forearm was arrested, police said, along with another man.
A Bar 7 representative told Local 4 and ClickOnDetroit the shooting did happen inside the bar.
The bar is located near the corner of 12 Mile and Telegraph Roads.
