Michigan top officials ask for 2 weeks of voluntary restrictions amid COVID surge
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer held a COVID-19 briefing for the first time in 21 days Friday, and talked about alarming virus trends, voluntary restrictions and a possible timeline for when vaccinations will turn things around.
