Workers shortages are creating a threat to in-person learning as districts struggle to get students to school because of recents of bus shortages.

DETROIT – Worker shortages are creating a threat to in-person learning as school districts across the nation struggle to get students to school because of a bus driver shortage.

Local 4′s Paula Tutman dropped in on one local district in Northern Macomb County Tuesday morning for a look.
