Report: Michigan State University finds Mel Tucker violated sexual harassment policy

According to a USA Today report, Mel Tucker’s accuser releases Michigan State University’s 73-page report detailing the school’s independent Title IX investigation findings.

USA Today published parts of that report that say the former football coach violated the school’s sexual harassment policy during an April 2022 phone call.

Tucker has 10 business days to file an appeal.

Wednesday’s (Oct. 25) decision will be final if the school denies the appeal.

Earlier in the month, Tucker indicated he plans to sue the school for wrongful termination and to recoup at least some of the roughly $80 million remaining on his contract.
