Driver who killed man after going airborne while fleeing police in Detroit charged with 4 counts Driver fleeing police identified as 20-year-old, Amir Napper
DETROIT – The airborne driver who killed an innocent man with his vehicle while fleeing police in Detroit has been charged with four counts.
The incident occurred on Monday
The Michigan State Police said they were not actively pursuing the man, who has been identified as 20-year-old, Amir Napper.
Napper has been charged with:
Fleeing and eluding first-degree
Reckless driving causing death
DWLS causing death
CCW 1
The 20-year-old man was arraigned on Thursday.
