Michigan State trooper dies after being struck by vehicle during traffic stop on I-75 Trooper’s identity has not been released
A Michigan State Police trooper was killed Wednesday evening after he was struck by a vehicle in Saginaw County
The trooper was conducting a traffic stop when he was hit on I-75 and Birch Run Road.
He was taken to Hurley Hospital where he died from serious injuries.
The trooper’s identity has not been released pending family notifications.
It is unknown if any charges will be filed for the driver involved.
