Oakland County business owner shot to death

PONTIAC, Mich. – Authorities are investigating the death of a 66-year-old from Commerce Township.

According to authorities, Sam Sinko’s body was found by his business partner just after 8:15 p.m., Monday, Jan. 13. It was at their shared business in Pontiac on University Drive, near Cameron Avenue.

Sinko was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing. A $2,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
