OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – A man has been shot at a hospital in Troy Thursday morning.
Troy police, in a press conference Thursday morning, said a handgun was fired five times by the suspect. The victim, a 25-year-old man from Troy, was struck twice.
Police said the shooting happened between two hospital employees.
The victim is currently in the emergency room being treated for his injuries. He is expected to be okay. Police said the victim was able to tell police who shot him.
The suspect left the area, and police eventually found him at a house in Macomb Township on Breezeway Drive. He has been arrested.
