Ongoing police activity in Westland neighborhood--scene remains active Police aren’t revealing what’s taking place
WESTLAND, Mich. – There has been a heavy police presence in a Westland neighborhood near Palmer and John Hix roads.

This activity has been ongoing for several hours as of Tuesday, April 15.
Local 4 has observed several police and emergency vehicles on the scene, and part of the neighborhood has been taped off.
Authorities have indicated that they will not release any information at this time, but the incident remains active.
