Track map

The Grand Prix is a 1.7-mile street circuit in Downtown Detroit.

The signature areas of the Downtown track include the long and speedy .7 of a mile front stretch on Jefferson Ave., leading into a wide hairpin Turn 3 that delivers plenty of action.

After heading back up Jefferson, the cars make a sharp right and head downhill toward the Detroit River on Bates. A sweeping lefthander takes the competitors onto Atwater for the backstretch next to the Detroit River.

At Turn 8, the cars turn left on St. Antoine before visiting the unique double-sided pit lane to the right off of Franklin. Another lefthand turn awaited at the end of pit lane which takes the cars uphill on Rivard for the most narrow part of the course. That sets up a smooth entry going left on Jefferson down the long front stretch for another lap at the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear.

Who’s performing this year?

The Saturday night party at the 2025 Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear will turbocharge the crowd in Cadillac Square and Campus Martius Park in Downtown Detroit with two powerhouse electronic dance music concerts on May 31.

Once the Saturday racing action takes the checkered flag on the Streets of Downtown Detroit, the Cadillac Square Entertainment Stage presented by Priority will light up with performances from two of today’s top EDM stars, powered by the Downtown Detroit Partnership. EVAN GIIA will get the party started when she takes the stage at 6:15 p.m. ET before electronic music sensation GRYFFIN rocks the Saturday night crowd in the Motor City.

Concert ticket purchase required; race event ticket not valid for concert admission.
