Woman shot multiple times in Sterling Heights, suspect arrested Shooting stemmed from domestic violence situation, police say

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – A woman was hospitalized Tuesday morning after being shot multiple times in Sterling Heights.
The shooting happened at a parking lot of a senior living community on Ketsin Drive at around 8 a.m. on July 29.
Sterling Heights police said a woman who works at the facility was shot multiple times. She was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
The suspect, a man in his 30s, was arrested at the scene.
According to police, it stemmed from a domestic violence situation.
The investigation is ongoing.
