2 arrested, 1 escapes after car stolen from Oakland County dealership, police say

OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Two men were arrested, and police are searching for a third person after a car was stolen from a dealership in Oakland County.

Jayvon Anthony Williams, 33, and Lemuel Neely, 25, were arrested on Aug. 5, 2025, for their alleged role in stealing a car from a dealership in Troy.

The two were arraigned on Aug. 8 on a charge of Unlawful Driving Away of Auto. Neely was given a $25,000 bond, and Williams was given a $100,000 bond.

A third suspect, who was not identified by authorities, escaped from police in the stolen car.

The third suspect reportedly struck two police cars while driving away. No officers were injured.

A description of the third suspect has not yet been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
